Summervale Gardens

Summervale Gardens offers independent-style assisted living in one- and two-bedroom cottages. Pricing starts from R26 000 per month for a single resident, with options for couples and shared units. One daily meal, weekly cleaning, weekly laundry, and 24-hour care availability are included.

Assisted Care

Assisted Care inside the main Care Centre starts from R32 000 per month for a single resident. This includes three meals a day, daily personal care support, 24-hour nursing supervision, laundry, housekeeping, and 250 electricity units. Ideal for seniors who need structured daily assistance.

Frail / Palliative Care

Frail and Palliative Care services start from R37 200 per month for a single resident. This includes 24-hour nursing care, full personal hygiene support, all meals, laundry, housekeeping, and medical supervision. Additional fees may apply for consumables such as nappies or specialised items.

Short Stays

Short-stay care is available from R1 700 per day, depending on the resident’s needs. This option is ideal for respite care, post-hospital recovery, or temporary support. Fees include accommodation, meals, nursing supervision, and assistance with daily routines.

Fees also include activities, food, capped wifi, cleaning and laundry services.
